I'm a cosy house in Lypeatt Court at the campus of Kent University. In July 2010 I hosted a group of "Pilgrims": joyful teachers of English from Portugal. Every evening, after intense course work, they shared their new ideas around the kitchen table. I listened carefully and now you're welcome at number nine too.

Investigate a book
K Torrisi has come up with a list called "Investigate A Book".
It combines Bloom’s, Gardner's Multiple Intelligences and De Bono’s Six Hats to suggest activities for students. Thanks to Larry Ferlazzo for the link.

Thank you, Octávio!
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting list! We can use it for lots of activities connected to any text. It can also be very useful for project work after reading a short story. The list could help students choose follow up activities after having read it. They could choose those that they might like according to their intelligences.
I also thank you for the link to Larry Ferlazzo's blog. It has loads of interesting stuff to explore.
